Summary: Jessica was burned very badly in a car fire and when she moves in near Tom to get treatments from the nearby hospital and goes to his school, things change, dramatically. One day, he goes over to her house to deliver the homework assignment and a friendship begins to blossom. He even turns down a ride in his dream car to go talk to her.
This book was short and sweet but not epic which a lot of the books I read are.
